sec.52 Rest period condition of no effect
This section applies in relation to a service approval if, immediately before the commencement, the service approval was subject to a rest period condition. From the commencement— the rest period condition is of no effect; and the service approval is taken not to be subject to the rest period condition. s 52 ins 2025 No. 24 s 39Z (sec.52-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a service approval if, immediately before the commencement, the service approval was subject to a rest period condition. (sec.52-ssec.2) From the commencement— the rest period condition is of no effect; and the service approval is taken not to be subject to the rest period condition.
- (a) the rest period condition is of no effect; and
- (b) the service approval is taken not to be subject to the rest period condition.
