sec.51 Definition for division
In this division— rest period condition , in relation to a service approval for an approved education and care service, means a condition providing for 1 or more periods during a day, totalling not more than 2 hours during the day, to be rest periods for the approved education and care service. s 51 ins 2025 No. 24 s 39Z
