sec.50 Application of Information Privacy Act 2009 and Right to Information Act 2009
To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 6(1)(b) and (c) do not affect the application of the Information Privacy Act 2009 and the Right to Information Act 2009 in relation to the Child Care Act 2002 or instruments made under that Act. Before the scheme commencement day, an application is made for a licence for a child care service under the Child Care Act 2002 . Even if the child care service becomes an education and care service, a person’s right of access under the Right to Information Act 2009 to documents of the department relating to the application is unaffected. s 50 (prev s 31) reloc and renum 2025 No. 24 s 39Y (2) – (3)
