sec.5 Minister must table amendments of Education and Care Services National Law
This section applies if the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the schedule to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 of Victoria is amended. The Minister must table a copy of the amendment in the Legislative Assembly. Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not affect the application of the amendment under section 4 . (sec.5-ssec.1) This section applies if the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the schedule to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 of Victoria is amended. (sec.5-ssec.2) The Minister must table a copy of the amendment in the Legislative Assembly.
