sec.38 Transitional—authorised officers
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the scheme commencement day, was an authorised officer of a central governing body under the Child Care Act 2002 , part 9 , division 3 , subdivision 2 . From the commencement, the person’s authority to receive, use and disclose URL data for the purposes of that subdivision continues in force as an authority given under section 33 to receive, use and disclose URL data for this division. (sec.38-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the scheme commencement day, was an authorised officer of a central governing body under the Child Care Act 2002 , part 9 , division 3 , subdivision 2 . (sec.38-ssec.2) From the commencement, the person’s authority to receive, use and disclose URL data for the purposes of that subdivision continues in force as an authority given under section 33 to receive, use and disclose URL data for this division.
