sec.10 Education law
Each of the following Acts is declared to be an education law for the purposes of the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) — Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 ; Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 ; Education (Overseas Students) Act 1996 ; Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005 ; the repealed Higher Education (General Provisions) Act 2008 . - (a) Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 ;
