[Section 9 Amended by No. 9 of 2022, s. 167, Applied:01 Jul 2023] For the purposes of the definition of "Regulatory Authority" in section 5 of the Education and Care Services National Law (Tasmania), the Secretary of the department responsible for the administration of the Education Act 2016 is declared to be the Regulatory Authority for this jurisdiction for the purposes of that Law.
