96 Regulatory Authority may seek further information (1) For the purpose of determining an application under this Division, the Regulatory Authority may— (a) ask the applicant to provide further information; and (b) inspect the education and care service premises and the office of the applicant. Sch. s. 96(2) inserted by No. 9/2017 s. 25. (2) If the Regulatory Authority asks the applicant for further information under this section, the period from the making of that request until the provision of further information is not included in the period referred to in section 98(1) for the Regulatory Authority to make a decision on the application.
