90 Matters to be considered
In considering whether the grant of a service waiver is appropriate, the Regulatory Authority may have regard to—
(a) any matters disclosed in the application; and
Sch. s. 90(ab) inserted by No. 53/2025 s. 77.
(ab) the history of compliance of a related provider of the applicant with this Law or this Law as applying in any participating jurisdiction, including in relation to any education and care service operated by the related provider of the applicant; and
(b) any other matter the Regulatory Authority thinks fit.
