81 Application for transfer of cancelled service (1) An approved provider may apply to the Regulatory Authority under this Part for consent to transfer a service approval that is to be cancelled under this Part. (2) The application for consent to transfer must be made within 14 days after the decision to cancel the service approval is made. (3) If an application for consent to transfer is made, the cancellation of the service approval does not take effect, and the service approval is suspended, until the Regulatory Authority determines the application. (4) An application cannot be made under this section for consent to transfer a cancelled service approval if the cancellation relates only to an associated children's service.
