76 Transfer of suspended service (1) The Regulatory Authority may consent under this Part to the transfer of a service approval that is suspended under section 72 or 73. (2) The suspension of the service approval ceases on the transfer taking effect, unless the conditions of the Regulatory Authority's consent to the transfer otherwise provide.
