67 Transfer of service approval without consent is void A transfer of a service approval is void if— (a) it is made without the consent of the Regulatory Authority; or (b) it is made in contravention of the conditions imposed by the Regulatory Authority on the consent to the transfer; or (c) it is made to a person who is not the approved provider who gave the notification under section 59 as the receiving approved provider.
