59 Regulatory Authority to be notified of transfer (1) The transferring approved provider and the receiving approved provider must jointly notify the Regulatory Authority of the transfer— Sch. s. 59(1)(a) amended by No. 43/2022 s. 22(1). (a) at least 60 days before the transfer is intended to take effect; or (b) if the Regulatory Authority considers that the circumstances are exceptional, a lesser period agreed to by the Regulatory Authority. Sch. s. 59(2)(ab) inserted by No. 43/2022 s. 22(2). (ab) specify the date on which the transfer is intended to take effect; and Sch. s. 59A inserted by No. 43/2022 s. 23.
