35 Approved provider to provide information to Regulatory Authority (1) This section applies if a show cause notice has been given to an approved provider under section 26 or 32. (2) The approved provider, at the request of the Regulatory Authority, must, within 7 days of the request, provide the Regulatory Authority with the contact details of the parents of all children enrolled at each education and care service operated by the approved provider. (3) The Regulatory Authority may use the information provided under subsection (2) solely to notify the parents of children enrolled at an education and care service about the suspension or cancellation.
