339 Transitional provision—temporary waivers (1) Despite the commencement of section 31 of the **Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022**— (a) this Law as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply in respect of a temporary waiver that was in force immediately before the commencement day; and (b) the temporary waiver continues in force on and after the commencement day until the earliest of the following— (i) the temporary waiver expires; (ii) the temporary waiver is revoked by the Regulatory Authority. ***commencement day***, in relation to a participating jurisdiction, means the day on which section 31 of the **Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022** comes into operation in that jurisdiction.
