336 Transitional provision—notification of persons with management or control of an education and care service (1) For the purposes of section 173(1)(b), a person who is a person with management or control on the commencement day is taken to be appointed as a person with management or control on that day. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a person with management or control within the meaning of this Law as in force immediately before the commencement day. ***commencement day***, in relation to a participating jurisdiction, means the day on which section 16 of the **Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022** comes into operation in that jurisdiction.
