300 Injunction or order (1) If, on receipt of an application under section 299, the superior court is satisfied that a person has taken or intends to take serious detrimental action against a person in reprisal for a protected disclosure, the court may— (a) order the person who took the serious detrimental action to remedy that action; or (b) grant an injunction in any terms the court considers appropriate. (2) The superior court, pending the final determination of an application under section 299, may— (a) make an interim order in the terms of subsection (1)(a); or (b) grant an interim injunction.
