292A Court orders requiring offenders to publicise offending (1) This section applies if a court convicts an offender of an offence against— (b) the national regulations. (2) The court may, in addition to any penalty that may be imposed or any other action taken in relation to the penalty, order the offender to take specified action to publicise— (a) the offence, including the circumstances of the offence; and (b) the consequences of the offence.
