29 Notice and taking effect of suspension (1) The Regulatory Authority must give the approved provider written notice of the decision to suspend the provider approval. (2) The notice of a decision to suspend must set out the period of suspension and the date on which it takes effect. (3) The decision under section 27 to suspend takes effect at the end of 14 days after the date of the decision, or, if another period is specified by the Regulatory Authority, at the end of that period. (4) The decision under section 28 to suspend takes effect on the giving of the notice.
