267 Register of education and care services (1) The Regulatory Authority must keep a register of approved education and care services operating in the participating jurisdiction. (2) The register of approved education and care services must contain the following information— (a) the name of each service; (b) the name of the approved provider of each service; (c) except in the case of a family day care service, the address of each education and care service premises; (d) in the case of an approved family day care service, the address of the principal office of the service; (e) the rating levels for each service; (f) any other prescribed information. (3) The register of approved education and care services may be inspected at the office of the Regulatory Authority during normal office hours without charge. (4) A person may obtain a copy of, or extract from, the register of approved education and care services on payment of the prescribed fee. (5) The Regulatory Authority must provide a copy of the register of approved education and care services (as updated from time to time) to the National Authority and the relevant Commonwealth Department.
