253 Resignation (1) The chief executive officer may resign the office by written notice addressed to the Chairperson of the Board. (2) The resignation takes effect on the day that it is received by the Chairperson of the Board or a later day specified in the notice of resignation. (3) The Chairperson of the Board must notify the Ministerial Council of that resignation.
