252 Vacancy in office The office of the chief executive officer of the National Authority becomes vacant if— (a) the chief executive officer resigns from office by written notice addressed to the Chairperson of the Board; or (b) the appointment of the chief executive officer is terminated by the Board under this Law; or (c) the chief executive officer dies.
