241 Chief executive officer may attend meetings of the Board (1) The chief executive officer of the National Authority, subject to the policies and procedures of the Board, may attend meetings of the Board and participate in its deliberations but— (a) is not a member of the Board; and (b) is not entitled to vote at a meeting of the Board. (2) Section 238 applies to the chief executive officer in relation to attendance at meetings of the Board as if the chief executive officer were a member of the Board.
