240 Quorum The quorum for a meeting of the Board is 9 members of whom— (a) one must be the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson; and (b) five must be members appointed on the nomination of State and Territory Ministers; and (c) one may be a member appointed on the nomination of the Commonwealth Minister.
