239 General procedure (1) The Board must hold such meetings as are necessary for it to perform its functions. (2) Subject to this Law, the procedure for the calling of meetings of the Board and for the conduct of business at those meetings is to be as determined by the Board. (3) The Chairperson of the Board may convene any meetings of the Board that are, in his or her opinion, necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Board. (4) The Chairperson of the Board must convene a meeting of the Board at the written request of the Ministerial Council. (5) The Board must keep minutes of its meetings.
