233 Terms of office of members (1) Subject to this Subdivision, members of the Board hold office on the terms and conditions determined by the Ministerial Council. (2) Subject to this Subdivision, a member of the Board holds office for a period, being not more than 3 years, specified in the member's appointment. (3) A member may be reappointed for a further period of not more than 3 years. (4) The maximum consecutive period of appointment of a member is 2 terms.
