223 How Ministerial Council exercises powers (1) The Ministerial Council is to give a direction for the purposes of this Law by resolution of the Council passed in accordance with procedures determined by the Council. (2) An act or thing done by the Ministerial Council (whether by resolution, instrument or otherwise) does not cease to have effect merely because of a change in the Council's membership. Part 11—Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority Division 1—The National Authority 224 National Authority (1) The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority is established. (2) The National Authority— (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and (b) has a common seal; and (c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name. (3) The National Authority represents the State.
