19 Transitional provision—Integrated licences including limited hours services (1) This section applies in respect of a licence under the **Children's Services Act 1996** to operate an integrated service that includes a limited hours Type 1 or Type 2 service. (2) The licensee for the service may notify the Secretary in writing that, on and from the scheme commencement day, the limited hours service is to be included in a service approval under the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) as an associated children's service within the meaning of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria). (3) Any service approval provided under section 307(9) of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) must include the associated children's service. ***scheme commencement day*** has the meaning given in section 305 of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria).
