188F Relevant tribunal or court proceedings in relation to the grounds for disciplinary action
On application under section 188E(b), the relevant tribunal or court, may, if satisfied that the grounds for disciplinary action exist against a relevant person, make any one or more of the following orders—
(a) an order reprimanding the person;
(b) an order requiring the person to pay a penalty, payable to the Regulatory Authority, not exceeding—
(i) $68 700, in the case of an individual; and
(ii) $1 034 100, in the case of a large provider; and
(iii) $344 700, in any other case;
(c) an order that the person takes certain actions, or refrains from taking certain actions, to comply with this Law or the national regulations.

16KB Reviewable decision—internal review
Section 190 of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) applies as a law of Victoria as if after paragraph (k) of that section there were inserted—
"(ka) to direct, under section 178BA, a person referred to in section 178BA(1)(a) or (b) to cease the provision of education and care; or".
