188D Grounds for disciplinary action Grounds for disciplinary action exist against a relevant person if— (a) the person has contravened any of the following— (i) this Law; (ii) the national regulations; or (b) the person is a person with management or control of a body corporate that is a relevant person and— (i) the body corporate has failed to comply with this Law or the national regulations; and (ii) the person with management or control of the body corporate has failed to exercise due diligence to prevent the failure.
