188C Definitions ***grounds for disciplinary action***, in relation to a relevant person, see section 188D; ***relevant person*** means— (a) an approved provider of an education and care service; or (b) a nominated supervisor of an education and care service; or (c) a person with management or control of an education and care service; or (d) a family day care educator engaged by or registered with an education or care service.
