185 Content of prohibition notice Sch. s. 185(1) amended by No. 53/2025 s. 90(1). (1) A prohibition notice given to a person under section 182(1) or (4) must state that the person is prohibited from doing one or more of the following— (a) providing education and care to children for an education and care service; (b) being engaged as an educator, family day care educator, employee, contractor or staff member of, or being a volunteer at, an education and care service; (c) carrying out any other activity relating to an education and care service. (2) A prohibition notice given to a person under section 182(3) must state that either— (a) the person is prohibited from being nominated as a nominated supervisor of an education and care service; or (b) the person may only be nominated as a nominated supervisor of an education and care service on the condition or conditions specified by the Regulatory Authority in the notice. (3) A prohibition notice given to a person under section 182(1), (3) or (4) must state— (a) that the person may apply for cancellation of the notice; and (b) how an application for cancellation must be made.
