16T Infringement offences
Section 291(1) of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) applies as a law of Victoria as if after paragraph (a) there were inserted—
"(ab) an offence against a provision modifying the application of this Law as it applies as a law of this jurisdiction—
(i) that, under Part 2B of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 of Victoria, is to be read as if it were part of this Law; and
(ii) that is prescribed under the Victorian regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; or
