16T Infringement offences Section 291(1) of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) applies as a law of Victoria as if after paragraph (a) there were inserted— "(ab) an offence against a provision modifying the application of this Law as it applies as a law of this jurisdiction— (i) that, under Part 2B of the **Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010** of Victoria, is to be read as if it were part of this Law; and (ii) that is prescribed under the Victorian regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; or See also section 16H of the **Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010** of Victoria. (ac) an offence against the national regulations prescribed by the Victorian regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; or".
