16M Regulatory Authority's power to close services because of emergency event (1) Division 5 of Part 9 of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) applies as a law of Victoria as if in the heading to that Division, for "**Powers**" there were substituted "**Information powers**". S. 16M(2) amended by No. 53/2025 s. 115(1). (2) Part 9 of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria) applies as a law of Victoria as if after section 216C there were inserted— "Division 5A—Emergency event closure powers of Regulatory Authority
