162A Child protection training An approved provider of an education and care service must ensure that each of the following persons completes prescribed child protection training within the prescribed period— (a) a nominated supervisor of the service; (b) a person in day-to-day charge of the service; (c) a staff member of the service; (d) a volunteer at the service.
