145 Form and time of application (1) An application must be made under section 144 within 14 days after the decision of the Regulatory Authority is received under Division 3. (3) An application must not include information or evidence that was not given to the Regulatory Authority for the purpose of a determination under Division 1, 2 or 3. (4) The National Authority must— (a) within 7 days after receipt of the application, give written notice to the Regulatory Authority of an application under this Division to review a determination of the Regulatory Authority; and (b) invite the Regulatory Authority to make submissions to the review.
