120 Regulatory Authority may cancel approval in principle The Regulatory Authority may cancel an approval in principle if the Regulatory Authority is satisfied— (a) that the proposed education and care service premises to which the approval relates, or the site or location of those premises, is no longer suitable for the operation of an education and care service; or (b) the proposed education and care service premises will not be constructed, altered or repaired in accordance with the plans, drawings or specifications attached to, or described in, the approval in principle.
