116 Amendment of approval in principle by Regulatory Authority (1) The Regulatory Authority may amend an approval in principle at any time without an application. (2) The Regulatory Authority must give written notice of the amendment to the approval in principle holder and the reasons for the decision within 7 days after the decision is made. (3) An amendment under this section has effect— (a) 14 days after the Regulatory Authority gives notice of the amendment under subsection (2); or New Sch. s. 117 inserted by No. 33/2023 s. 8.
