114 Duty to notify Regulatory Authority of any material change The approval in principle holder must notify the Regulatory Authority of any material change to— (a) any plan, drawing or specification attached to, or described in, the approval in principle in accordance with section 113(2); or (b) the environment surrounding the proposed education and care service premises that may affect the suitability of the premises for the operation of an education and care service. A neighbouring building is constructed which impacts adequate natural light in the indoor spaces of the proposed premises.
