sec.92 Application for service waiver for QEC approved service
The approved provider for a QEC approved service may apply to the chief executive for a waiver of a requirement applying to the service under this Act if the requirement is prescribed under a regulation for this section. A person who applies for a service approval may apply for a service waiver under this section together with the application for the service approval. The chief executive must not grant a service waiver to a person who applies under subsection (2) unless the service approval is granted to that person. (sec.92-ssec.1) The approved provider for a QEC approved service may apply to the chief executive for a waiver of a requirement applying to the service under this Act if the requirement is prescribed under a regulation for this section. (sec.92-ssec.2) A person who applies for a service approval may apply for a service waiver under this section together with the application for the service approval. (sec.92-ssec.3) The chief executive must not grant a service waiver to a person who applies under subsection (2) unless the service approval is granted to that person.
