sec.9 Meaning of stand-alone service
A stand-alone service is a QEC service that— is not a QEC approved service; and is not a service in which education and care is regularly provided to more than 6 children under the age of 13 at the same time.
- (a) is not a QEC approved service; and
- (b) is not a service in which education and care is regularly provided to more than 6 children under the age of 13 at the same time.
