sec.83 Show cause notice before cancellation of service approval
This section applies if the chief executive is considering the cancellation of a service approval under section 82 . The chief executive must first give the approved provider a notice (a show cause notice ) stating the following— that the chief executive intends to cancel the service approval; the reasons for the proposed cancellation; that the approved provider may, within 30 days after the notice is given, give the chief executive a written response to the proposed cancellation. (sec.83-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is considering the cancellation of a service approval under section 82 . (sec.83-ssec.2) The chief executive must first give the approved provider a notice (a show cause notice ) stating the following— that the chief executive intends to cancel the service approval; the reasons for the proposed cancellation; that the approved provider may, within 30 days after the notice is given, give the chief executive a written response to the proposed cancellation.
