sec.71 Transfer of suspended service approval
This section applies if, while an approved provider’s service approval is suspended, the chief executive consents to the transfer of the service approval under this division. A condition of the consent may provide for the suspension to continue. Otherwise, the suspension ends on the day the transfer takes effect.
