sec.66 Restrictions on amendment of service approval
A change of the location of QEC service premises to which a service approval applies may be made only by an application for a new approval, not by an application to amend the approval. A change of the approved provider holding a service approval may be made only by transferring the approval under division 5 , not by an application to amend the approval.
