sec.63 Duration of temporary suspension of service approval of affected premises
The chief executive may cancel or suspend a service approval for affected premises during, or after the end of, the term of the exceptional circumstances service approval for replacement premises. Otherwise, a suspension of the service approval for affected premises remains in force for as long as the exceptional circumstances service approval for the replacement premises is in force.
