sec.62 Approved provider to provide information to chief executive

This section applies if a notice has been given to an approved provider under section 61 . The approved provider, at the request of the chief executive, must, within 7 days of the request, provide the chief executive with the contact details of the parents of all children enrolled at the QEC approved service operated by the provider. The chief executive may use the information provided under subsection (2) only to notify the parents of children enrolled at the QEC approved service of the ending of the exceptional circumstances service approval for the service. (sec.62-ssec.1) This section applies if a notice has been given to an approved provider under section 61 .
