sec.42 More than one approval or approval holder
An approved provider may hold more than one service approval. A reference in this Act to the approved provider for a QEC approved service is, for a provider approval held jointly, a reference to each of the persons who jointly hold the approval. (sec.42-ssec.1) An approved provider may hold more than one service approval. (sec.42-ssec.2) A reference in this Act to the approved provider for a QEC approved service is, for a provider approval held jointly, a reference to each of the persons who jointly hold the approval.
