sec.41 Effect of approval
A Queensland service approval authorises an approved provider to operate the QEC service to which it relates. An approved provider must have a separate service approval for each QEC service operated by the provider. (sec.41-ssec.1) A Queensland service approval authorises an approved provider to operate the QEC service to which it relates.
