sec.35 Approved provider to give information to chief executive

This section applies if a show cause notice has been given to an approved provider under section 26 or 32 . The approved provider, at the request of the chief executive, must, within 7 days of the request, provide the chief executive with the contact details of the parents of all children enrolled at each QEC approved service operated by the approved provider. The chief executive may use the information provided under subsection (2) only to notify the parents of children enrolled at a QEC approved service about the suspension or cancellation. (sec.35-ssec.1) This section applies if a show cause notice has been given to an approved provider under section 26 or 32 . (sec.35-ssec.2) The approved provider, at the request of the chief executive, must, within 7 days of the request, provide the chief executive with the contact details of the parents of all children enrolled at each QEC approved service operated by the approved provider.
