sec.27 Decision about suspension after show cause notice
After considering any written response from the approved provider received within the period mentioned in section 26 (2) (d) , the chief executive may— suspend the provider approval for a period of not more than 12 months; or decide not to suspend the provider approval.
- (a) suspend the provider approval for a period of not more than 12 months; or
- (b) decide not to suspend the provider approval.
